Can I book online instead of calling?

Do I need to pay upfront to book a technician?
No payment required upfront. We'll provide a quote after assessing your issue, and payment is only due after the service is completed to your satisfaction.
Can I reschedule a confirmed appointment?
Absolutely! Please give us at least 2 hours' notice so we can offer your slot to another customer. Rescheduling is free and easy via phone or email.
Do you serve areas outside Auckland?
We provide remote support nationwide for software issues, but on-site visits are limited to Auckland and surrounding areas. Contact us to discuss your location.
